Next time you listen to a news bulletin – look at it from a different angle.

Ask yourself –

1. How did hearing this make me feel?
2. Did I need to know this?
3. Is this worded in a way and vocalised in a way that is leading you to have a certain belief or take a certain angle on it that isn’t yours?
4. What do you actually think about what you have just heard?
5. What else could you be doing with your time?
