30 years have passed since his partner Eric's passing, but Celebrity Chef Wayne Elias has chosen to remember the past and celebrate the present in honor of Eric's life lost.

Wayne tells me the story of losing his partner and soulmate, Eric to AIDS. Wayne discusses the difficulty during this dark time in our history, during the 1980’s when nobody understood the disease."There was no hope," remembered Chef Wayne Elias. "We didn't know how to think or which way to go."
