August feels like the second "new year" on the calendar. Even if you're no longer super aware of the school calendar as a student, parent, or teacher, it still feels like a fresh start after the summer and heading into the last half of the year.
This episode is for you if you’re thinking about setting intentions, starting affirmations, and creating a vision board for the new year. In this replay episode from the end of 2019, I’m sharing my experience with setting intentions, writing down affirmations, and creating a vision board for the future.
Let me be clear that I am no expert on any of these things, but I do believe that something goes on in your consciousness when you stay open to receiving what the world has to offer (instead of closing yourself off from anything you don’t understand), and by putting in place a few practices that might positively affect your mood, spirit, and actions.
