Is Theatre for white people? Why are there such few black shows for us to experience on the west end? Up and coming actress Julene Robinson joins the Dope Black Women this week and talks us through a history of black people in theatre. She also discussed her upcoming devised, show which she has also written and stars in, called The Night Woman, which is a show that explores the concept of darkness with beautiful Caribbean sounds and a deep and powerful performance to bring one woman’s journey into the Dark.
