Well, we can cancel the funeral: Brick-and-mortar is growing faster than e-commerce. Digitally native brands are investing in stores. E-commerce companies that were counting on a secular shift faced slowdowns, and rising costs across their business while trying to speed up delivery times. Retail brands can no longer afford to be pure play e-commerce – they need physical stores to stay relevant.
