History is more than just words, it shapes society. However, in today’s world, far too often we cannot turn to memes and snarky remarks in the digital sphere to learn our history. But we need to do better than that. We need rigorous courses in our schooling to be well rounded in our knowledge. We need to instill in ourselves the value of history and not take it for granted. If you do not understand history, your ability to create a better future diminishes. And we need everyone to create a bright future for ourselves and the future generations.
