Truck driver Richard Satchwell (57) told gardaí his wife, Tina Satchwell nee Dingivan, attacked him at their home in Youghal, Co Cork in March 2017. The trial commenced before the Central Criminal Court in Dublin where it is expected to be up to six weeks at hearing.
