So often, what we seek in others, we're not giving to ourselves.  

I had this realization that I was looking outside of myself to feel whole but then I had this HUGE epiphany as to HOW I can feel whole.  This also includes some real talk and vulnerability around some thoughts I was having, my husband and how you can apply these tips to your life.  

I also have something that channeled though at the end that I just have this feeling someone is meant to hear around transformation. 

Journaling prompts from the episode: 

• What am I seeking from my spouse (or whoever you're seeking it from)?
• What am I expecting from them?
• What do I need from them?
• What am I seeking in my marriage/relationship?
• What do I want my marriage/relationship to look like?
• What do I want it to feel like?
• What do we want from date nights? 
• What do I want our downtime to look like? 
• What do I want my sex life to look like?  
• How can I give this to myself?
• How can I bring this into my currently reality?

And once you get so clear. I want you to now ask yourself:

• If I was the woman that was all ready in this marriage, 
  • How would I act? 
  • What would I think?
  • What would I do? 
  • How would I be?
  • How would I feel?

Then I want you to embody it. I want you to step into the version of you that is already in the relationship, the partnership, the marriage that you desire.

Emotions flood our body on a daily basis.  
They're all trying to tell us something.  Oftentimes, we're flooded with things like fear,  anxiety, stress, we get triggered over something that may not seem like a big deal but truth is, they're affecting our lives.  

What if they  could energetically be pulled out?  Healed at an energetic level?
