Deep Dive: A David and Goliath battle is playing out in an Australian court, which could set a precedent for councils making moves to effectively criminalise homelessness.  

The Moreton Bay Council in Queensland’s been accused of breaching 13 homeless residents’ human rights by destroying their camps, belongings and not allowing them to own pets or assistance animals.
