A Muslim minority persecuted in their native Myanmar, the Rohingyas suffered the deadliest crackdown by the junta there back in 2017. The UN has described those abuses as genocide. In retaliation, some Rohingyas armed themselves against the junta to defend their community. But in refugee camps in Bangladesh, clashes have been reported between two such Rohingya armed groups, the RSO and the ARSA, leaving refugees caught in the crossfire.
