ROLL OR DIE

Every once in a while a grappler comes along who creates more than enough problems to solve for their training partners, and competitors alike.  It also sucks when they are a really nice person, so you can't hate them for their mostly unattainable results! When you have a surname like Pain, you gotta be able to back it up right?  Well Karen Pain, a Northern Territory OG and owner of Darwin Jiu Jitsu Academy, backs it up with a double black belt!  One in Judo and one in BJJ!  Achieving those belts is already a roller coaster filled with challenges, however that's not the only adversity she has faced along the way.  Join us as we discover who this remarkable woman is, and how much love and positivity she puts in the world despite her own obstacles.
