  • How to Have Healthy Relationships: Let's Start with Communication

"Matching their energy," giving the silent treatment, choosing avoidance, and expecting the other person to read your mind are not the way to create a healthy relationship.

In this episode, we dive into the basics of engaging in healthy communication, so you can strengthen your relationships through conflict-related conversations.

We go over a three-step practice you can use (overview below) and dive into some examples.

    1. Know yourself first.
    2. Communicate. Check-in with the other person, then share how you're feeling and what you're needing.
    3. Treat the conversation as a collaborative process.

Let me know how the steps above work for you!

Want to understand how your subconscious beliefs are impacting your relationships and gain clarity on what may be keeping you stuck in recurring patterns (e.g. anxiety, avoidance, fear of commitment, etc.)?
