This week is a very special episode, I sit down with Ross Taylor who is the Founder of Hidden.

Ross has had a long career in Recruitment, from consultant to building out a whole new division to starting his own Recruitment Agency twice.

However we wanted to do something different for this episode as it's World Mental Health Day today.

We really dug deep into Ross's personal journey with Mental Health and he openly shared with us his story.

Ross is extremely passionate about impacting the conversation around Mental Health and has actively taken action within his own business to help make this happen.
