We couldn't think of a better role model for this than the incredible Ruby Barker, AKA Marina Thompson from Bridgerton. She told us how she was cast in a number 1 Netflix show without ever going to drama school, what it was like behind the scenes of Bridgerton, and why being involved in such a groundbreaking show was so important to her.
