The run chats are back! This week we hear form ultra marathon runner, treadmill champion and ball of energy Amy Hughes. Together the Amy’s discuss how running has brought Hughes fitness fame, charity fortune and a reason to exercise. Having not been interested in sports at school we learn of Amy’s running beginnings as well as what keeps her going in the face of online criticism and negativity voices and how her humble running beginnings have led to her most recent achievement; having just finished running for 26 hours straight raising money for the NHS.
