  • Brock Kelly on his series “The Daily Mile”, Maturing as a runner and his Faith
Today I’m joined by Brock Kelly!
Brock is a runner for Mississippi College where he has helped the team win their indoor conference and compete well in the post season. He is also very passionate about videography and storytelling. Recently he’s become a viral sensation with his video series “The Daily Mile”. The idea of the series is that he posts a short 60 second reel everyday documenting his comeback to running from injury along with the rest of his day. As I am writing this down he’s currently at episode 67. In this episode we talk about how it all started and how he almost stopped making the Daily Mile videos because of how much time it takes to edit and film but shortly after deciding to keep going a video blew up. We also go over topics such as how college runners can cultivate good culture and community on their team and how he has matured as a runner through the years. This is definitely one of my all time favorite episodes that I’ve ever recorded and I hope that when you listen the things he says resonate with you as much as they did with me.
