Should they help bear the utilities and misc cost? What if they are financially doing not as well?

How about what if they have kids? Should we take care of the partner's kid as well?

In this episode Chilli and I dissected this interesting story of a dating couple whom both each have their own space. Out of kindness, one of them asked if they would like to share a place (paying for half her mortgage) and... guess what? Listen to find out!

Take it personally, be responsible for your life; these words resonated with me and reminded me of this story that I'll love to share. It was incredibly hard and emotionally exhausting serving your friend as a realtor. This is quite a personal story and it still haunts me to some extend to this day, making me wonder if I wasn't patient enough or if I was good enough. And I took it personally; and make it a point to be a better person, to love myself more from there.

In this unexpected heavy episode; we actually contemplated stopping recording altogether but decided to push through.

It was definitely alot more heavier than we thought we can handle but it also shed alot of light on how one, in the face of PTSD can seek help and how it was difficult even with help and how it also affects people around that individual.

In this episode I decided to share a short snippet of my thought as I found myself indulging in pleasure lately; especially after therapy. I keep telling myself it's alright, just one more day, and the list goes on. It really just dawn on me that I, myself have been making excuses to chase pleasure and I haven't been loving and taking care of myself the way I wish I could have.

Pleasure doesn't equates to happiness, and even in some instances it might have gone the other way. So.. chase happiness, which would make you really happy but not happiness

In this episode, I discuss the weird relationship of how actions and control might be alittle paradoxical but it might not be too bad afterall if we take "action" first instead of control. Being a realtor it might be alittle harder than usual for me as I mostly find myself in an "over control" situation, where I got too much time for myself, and that leads me to procrastinate.

Everyone of us has someone from our childhood that we never want to cross paths with. Ever. It may be our of hatred, embarrassment or anything else down the emotional spectrum. In this episode we went through this viral story of this guy who actually met his childhood nemesis via a dating app and it was until things was going well before he had this realization she's the person whom he'd been having a grudge on all these while.

Some days does indeed felt more tiring; when our mood swings the other way, we could feel more overwhelmed by things like a drained battery. It's as if our capacity for tolerance just went down. It was totally not what I expected when I was recording this episode, when I was thinking of something else; to see this as a phase, to tide through to be strong enough to let it hits us without going down. Then I realized; what if we hit back?
