This statement hits me quite abit during our real estate meet up and I decided to do this episode to share. It's not uncommon to be lost, but we always have to keep walking forward to find ourselves.

In this episode of ROR, Chilli and I tried to dissect this problem with the couple that surfaced on Reddit. Sooooo OP and his GF had a fight; you might think yea couples all have fights right? In this episode I decided to share a short snippet of my thought as I found myself indulging in pleasure lately; especially after therapy. I keep telling myself it's alright, just one more day, and the list goes on. It really just dawn on me that I, myself have been making excuses to chase pleasure and I haven't been loving and taking care of myself the way I wish I could have.

Pleasure doesn't equates to happiness, and even in some instances it might have gone the other way. So.. chase happiness, which would make you really happy but not happiness

In this episode, I discuss the weird relationship of how actions and control might be alittle paradoxical but it might not be too bad afterall if we take "action" first instead of control. Being a realtor it might be alittle harder than usual for me as I mostly find myself in an "over control" situation, where I got too much time for myself, and that leads me to procrastinate.

Some days does indeed felt more tiring; when our mood swings the other way, we could feel more overwhelmed by things like a drained battery. It's as if our capacity for tolerance just went down. It was totally not what I expected when I was recording this episode, when I was thinking of something else; to see this as a phase, to tide through to be strong enough to let it hits us without going down. In this episode, I want to talk about my latest trip to KL, which is also my first after so long. I really did think the traveller in me is dead; with adulting, my threshold of social energy seems to have gone down in capacity, but also I have stopped looking forward to travelling.

However it is in this one that I noticed that I still love stories and adventures; though not as actively so, I still love them once I'm overseas. It felt like something I'd like to talk about and share... and at the end of the day, it is perhaps the magic of putting ourselves out there.

It is easy for you to say is a rambling of sorts after I'd seen a video promoting positive mental health. Nothing against these, just that sometimes it might be easy for people to say. To smile, to cheer up to be okay with yourself.

Would it make it harder for one to feel related when someone who is aesthetically pleasing says "be okay with how you look like" vs someone who is less or even a plus size model to say it? It felt like it may be easy for some to make some statement yet it is also another thing when it is being bought across. Why are some being more accepting of messages if someone who is more pleasing to the eyes is the ones who deliver it towards someone who is not?
