This episode was made fresh off the oven after I'm back from my therapist, who shared with me on some practices of sleep hygiene. Insomnia is always a thing that I have to battle with together with PTSD and with the recent treatment and medication, it definitely worsen.

It isn't that bad or severe (I feel) but it really does affect my functioning days. So my doctor came out with some practices that I could adopt and I feel it is something helpful to share it!

A short rumbling about this 1997 dystopian sci-fi thriller called Gattaca. How ahead of time it is, when they covered about humanity and our tendency to discriminate, while we strive for the best. Greed? Naivety? 

It was really nice to see Ethan Hawke after I first saw him at predestination. This movie really came full circle for me.
