It's 2017! Today Jo and Steph are chatting about what it looks like to be intentional with looking backwards at 2016 and saying 'hello!' to 2017. It is not too late for you to embrace the process!

Saying goodbye to things in the previous year and saying hello to new things has been a process Jo has been embracing since way back in 1992! Listen in to hear her journey with the process.

The 'Hello Goodbye' process is a tool in response to New Year's resolutions - it is not about fixing yourself, but intentionally, prayerfully turning away from certain things, whether good or bad, and turning towards other things. Those things might be fun (like working out!) or they may be uncomfortable like embracing grief or forgiveness, but the focus is finding ways to be healthier emotionally, spiritually and physically.
