The signing window has closed and Manchester Thunder Head Coach – Karen Greig – has secured her 10 athletes for the Netball Super League 2026.
Presenter and commentator Lindsey Chapman get’s the lowdown, not only on the 10 names on the list, but also on how Greig secured the signatures as well as her aspirations for how the team will work in the new season.
With reflections right across the squad Karen is excited about the combinations at her fingertips for 2026. Using learnings from last season, she can’t wait to get going with her new look side.
Lindsey is then joined by Fox Netball Commentator and Netball legend Sue Gaudion. The Australian presenter and outgoing General Manager of West Coast Fever, offers brilliant insight on Thunder’s new shooting circle which includes two players she’s been commentating on down-under: Eleanor Cardwell and Sophie Fawns. With laser focus analysis Sue explains why she feels Thunder’s attacking end will be so dangerous in season 2026.
Finally, Lindsey gets into some serious FANalysis (fan-analysis) with three brilliant Thunder fans from Runcorn Netball Club – Laura Dixon, Jenny Tierney and Lauren Hall. They discuss the big questions; how can Thunder improve on last year’s performance in order to reach finals and… has Karen ultimately signed the right 10?
