This week, an amazing story of fear, rejection, loss and grief, and a comeback story to soothe the soul. Crystal grew up in an environment that didn't nurture her self esteem. She would go through a period of serious overeating as a teenager, weighing almost 200lbs at age 14.  Cut to a few years later, Crystal would lose her Dad suddenly, get divorced, and move back to her hometown. She had gone from over-eating to starving herself, and she didn't recognize the person she had become.  This episode is for all of us who have struggled with self esteem, with self value, for all of us who have at times thought we were worthless. Crystal saw herself in a family photo, and realized that she had become someone she didn't want to be.. its an amazing comeback story, and get ready for some goosebumps!
