Andre Paradis is a relationship and NLP coach. Andre comes from a background where I had an absent father and in consequence, found himself being overprotected by his mother – this shaped his vision of women a certain way until he discovered that, in fact, he did not know anything about them!! He worked hard to change his way of thinking so he could have a long healthy romantic relationship. In his practice, he draws upon his knowledge of psychology, gender dynamics, and communication to help individuals overcome past traumas and break free from unhealthy relationship patterns. He emphasizes the importance of self-work and healing as a foundation for creating the fulfilling relationships they desire. Andre has been happily married for over 20 years to his beautiful wife Nancy, who is also a former professional dancer and current dance instructor. They live in the San Fernando Valley with their two children. A proud French-Canadian, Andre was born and raised in Quebec City, with his three brothers and sister.

Adrienne Harris has had quite the life starting off with being sexually abused as a child, from three years old all the way to 12 years old, then, being raped at 22, and then going into therapy by 23. I simply horrific start to life. She got married in 2000 and recently divorced her husband after he had an emotional affair with his running coach. She separated from him during the pandemic and went from a typical life of mom, wife and entrepreneur to becoming a professional numerologist and now a relationship coach. She uses her numerology systems to help coach her midlife clients who go through massive transformation by leaving a relationship and learn how to love themselves. Tamara Winstead joins us this week for an utterly amazing episode about survival, defying the odds, and the transformative power of manifestation, when faced with an unimaginable ultimatum! In 2009, she was diagnosed with stage four cervical cancer while 8 weeks pregnant with her third baby. The doctors told her she should terminate the pregnancy in order to begin immediate treatment, they didn't think both her and her baby could survive. That news hit her like a ton of bricks, she was paralyzed by fear. She couldn’t imagine losing her son or herself, and it shook her to her core. But her mother, who has always been a guiding light, reminded her of something powerful: “Don’t let them take your gift.” Those words stuck with Tamara and sparked a shift. Instead of surrendering to the fear and the medical advice, she chose to turn inward. She turned to manifestation—focusing on healing, envisioning a future where her and her son both thrived. Ronni Morgan kicks off Season 5 with an amazing episode, all about overcoming extreme adversity at a young age. In fact, by age 30, Ronni had lost her ability to walk and needed two hip replacements! Furthermore, Ronni was hospitalized for over 2 weeks because of neck and head pain they couldn’t get under control! Finally, she ended up getting diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She had to give up a decade long career as a hairstylist and totally redefine her life. Her story also involves going overseas for answers, after being dismissed by doctors here in the US, where she would finally get some clarity on her symptoms and condition. Ronni tells us how she had to totally redefine her life and career, and figure out who she was and what she is doing now, to make her life everything she wants it to be.

Jeanette Yates cared for her sick mother from the age of 8 years old (she is now 49), and she has been caring for her Mom most of my life, and that really f*cked her up! She struggled with perfectionism, overcoming childhood abuse by a family member, an eating disorder, codependency, and anxiety. Her journey through all of this is amazing, and one of hope and inspiration! She now helps family caregivers in codependent situations break free from guilt and live full lives outside of caregiving. Rachael Needham went through divorce a few years ago, however most of the trauma she experienced was in her toxic marriage. As a Christian woman, she wrestled with the thought of divorce and all that was subtly implied at the thought of divorce. Even though her parents, who were were both pastors, supported whatever decision she made, it was quite a few years before she eventually got ‘unmarried’ because of her religious surroundings.
Rachael has written a book to help others figure out if divorce is a healthy choice for them. That in itself was a whole other level of daring, as she was so afraid to be open about such a topic, when many branches of Christianity have views on divorce that say one thing: you stay married at all costs. Rachel does not agree with this message at all, and even finds it to be unbiblical, yet trapping so many, especially women, in unhealthy marriages.

Lynn Stroud was brought up in a house filled with anger and tension, with a father who was a compulsive gambler. On top of that, her father and one of her brothers became overly protective towards her, and would dicate where she was allowed to go, what she could wear and who she could see. The experience that Lynn endured as a teenager would continue into her relationships with men, and her story focuses on one terrifying relationship in her twenties, which plays out like a horror movie. Lynn suffered narcissistic abuse, coercive control, extreme jealousy, manipulation, aggression, stalking, sexual abuse and eventually reproductive coercion, which Lynn explains in this extraordinary episode. As with all our episodes, we focus on the positive outcome and the journey through these life changing experiences. Lynn now shares her story so that others can learn the signs of coercive control. The U.S. is severely lacking in laws against coercive control. Lynn is trying to expand the conversations around coercive control to include the insidious act of reproductive coercion.
