We all live with stress and worry, and some of us much more than others. We have had so many guests on who have discussed ways in which we can control our thinking, lessen worry, live in the present, but of course it's easier said than done! Our guest Fran Garton was suffering so badly with stress that it brought on Fibromyalgia, which in turn brought on a loss of sight! Fran puts this all down to stress and her mental health, that led to a complete breakdown in her physical health. As with all our episodes, we hear Fran’s recovery from her situation, how things changed, and what she did to turn things around.
