Lance Woolridge is one of the nicest guys in the world of motorsport. A passion for all things fast was passed down from his father, but it wasn't handed to him - Lance had to work hard for his passion and continues to do so today, keeping a business running whilst chasing the top step of the podium.

James and Freya sat down with Lance at Veloce's HQ in London to find out more about his journey into Extreme E, how he's been able to keep his chin up through the bad luck spell the team has had so far this year and what the future might hold for him.
