What do you do if a new client comes in, having received poor advice from another adviser?

On this weeks episode Jordan and Nathan discuss the complexity that comes with dobbing in poor advice including

• Assessing if it is infact poor advice,
• Whether you should speak to the adviser yourself,
• Whether the client wants to do anything about it &
• If this consideration changes when you beleive this to be structural or systemic
