The last episode is about becoming less socially awkward with the help of two guiding principles, thinking and observing. The remaining 3 principles of becoming socially attractive are meekness, asking, and seeking the spirit. Kayla, Ryan, and Josh talk about being humble enough to understand the people around you before you seek to be understood. Sometimes it takes asking a trusted friend or loved one to help you see where you need improvement. Through the guidance of the Spirit, you'll better know how to navigate social awareness.
