On the morning of November 29, 2011, 44-year-old Dr. Thomas Kolman didn’t make it to work at his regular time, so his wife, Linda, went looking for him. She eventually found him reclined in his car, unresponsive, in the parking lot of Planet Fitness in Ulster, New York. After Tom was pronounced dead, an investigation into his death began and detectives soon uncovered an illicit affair and received a toxicology report that hinted at foul play.
