Embodied Health: If you are able, take a deep breath into your legs, thighs, hips, and circulatory system. These are some of Sagittarius' sacred body parts.  As you breathe in, invite greater circulation, ease and flow into your life.  As you breathe out, let go of any excess energy by shaking the legs or circling the hips.  As you move the body in tandem with the breath, experiment by saying the Sagittarius New Moon affirmation.Sagittarius New Moon Affirmation:  I open myself up to new solutions for greater ease and flow.  I am adaptable, versatile, and free.

In light of Sagittarius, we have the incredible honor of being joined by the radiant Rae Sapp. Yes, Rae is a Capricorn Sun, but in our conversation the Sagittarius Rising comes in hot!
