This week we enjoyed a few glasses of Bread, a "special beer" released by Anglo Japanese brewing that uses upcycled bread crusts from Bricolage Bread & Co in Roppongi. We also talked a little about upcycling as a concept and how we might hope to apply it at Sakamichi, and pushed Dan's cricket knowledge to the boundary.

Slam Dank is a single hop DIPA made in collaboration with our friends at Yggdrasil Brewing in Hiratsuka and Shiokaze BrewLab in Soga. This week we had some beer for the first time from Be Easy Brewing in Aomori. Aomori Ale - Yellow Koji Version is an American wheat ale mashed with yellow koji and fermented with sake yeast. We also talked a little about the use of koji in beer, greeted some strangers, and answered a new listener question.
