Savasana, also known as "Corpse Pose," is one of the most fundamental relaxation poses in yoga and meditation practices. And it involves lying flat on your back with arms and legs relaxed, palms facing upward, and eyes closed.
The goal is to let go of all physical and mental tension, entering a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
I see it as the ultimate relaxation pose, a moment to let everything melt away and just be.
And so that’s what today’s meditation is all about, embracing that deep serenity, letting go of stress, and sinking into pure calm.
So, get comfy, take a deep breath, and let’s unwind together.
