Hi guys. It’s been… a minute. I dusted off the old microphone, remembered how to hit record, and apparently we’re podcasting again.

In this episode, I’m talking about something I realized I’ve been doing for most of my life: saying what I think… and then immediately softening it with a disclaimer.

“But it depends…”

“But everyone’s different…”

“But that’s just my opinion…”

Basically: saying the thing and then immediately walking it back.

Lately I’ve been trying something different... saying the thing and stopping there.

We’re talking about conviction, why so many of us over-explain ourselves, and why clarity is often more powerful than trying to say everything perfectly.

Because it turns out confidence sometimes isn’t about saying more…

it’s about finally saying what you think and letting it stand.

Conviction is sexy.
