From unplugging from the noise of the world to focusing on what you can control, this episode is a reminder that you’re the deliberate creator of your experience. Get ready to laugh, reflect, and walk away with actionable tools to reframe your everyday moments with joy.
About Beth:
In addition to being an author, Mindset Mentor, and mental health professional, Beth Dodd is just a girl from Jersey- a Scorpio at that. This means, among other things, she's passionate about what she believes in, and family is everything. She credits her dad for her humor and positivity, and her mother for her toughness on the exterior, and softness on the inside. All of this Beth brings into her work mentoring people through life's biggest challenges. As she shares in her book, "No matter how bad a situation is, there is always light at the end of a tunnel, and I promise you it's not an oncoming train."
Beth's mission is as follows: "I help women to silence negative self talk, reclaim their self worth and embrace their unique gifts, using positive reinforcement, practical coping skills along with laughter, fostering a path to self discovery and lasting confidence."
