This week on the say YES to yourself! podcast Wendy talks with KB (Kristina Brummer) the show's producer.  They talk about how they have spent the last few years working together to embrace all the ideas and possibilities that have come through and to Wendy.  They also celebrate the nearly 1 year anniversary of this podcast adventure!

Wendy and KB talk about their shared experience of being adoptive mothers and the gift that each of their daughters are. Kristina also shares how she has chosen to say YES to herself in some very big ways over the past year and half.  First with making the shift from employee to entrepreneur, to creating an agency and building a team and then to moving her family to another province (she’s Canadian) to put down roots in a home of their own in a new community.

Kristina Brummer is the Founder and CEO of The Spectacular Middle, a heart-centred, full-service virtual support agency. She and her team act as a strategic partner for their clients; customising support to meet them where they are at in their business journey. 

Kristina is passionate about supporting other women in business. She has built a team full of capable and inspiring women, and she has played an essential role in helping other female-owned companies build, manage and grow their business by striking a critical balance between listening to their visions and providing technical know-how. 

She is a middle child, a published author and a frequent podcast guest, and is currently developing a course for others who wish to follow in the path of moving from traditional employment to entrepreneurship.

Kristina now lives in a charming small town in Central Alberta, Canada. Her mission is to help other heart-centred entrepreneurs actualize their business dreams, stepping into living a full heart-centred life and embracing the messy, and spectacular middle.
