On this episode of the Small Business Safari we welcome Ben Alexander! After many years in the HVAC and handyman space, Ben owns a handyman business in Texas! He isn't afraid to admit the first two go arounds of building a business were not a success. He has the failing forward mentality. After building numerous companies and helping others get theirs started, he now owns Hank's Handyman.

Chris and Ben have similar sized businesses, and we were able to go back and forth with the challenges of scaling with skilled trades.  2 different models to get to over $5MM in revenue, but the challenges come down to leading people with better processes and communication.
