Ben Fred tells us his thoughts on the Cardinals potentially signing a lefty pitcher and offense. Some names discussed include Alex Wood, Dallas Keuchel, Gio Gonzalez, Joc Pederson and more. Do the Cardinals leave the meetings with only intel and optimism? What about the minor leaguers that could make the major club out of Spring Training?

Ben tells us about him and the terrible disease that he battled.
