Big win against Tulane this past Sunday. The Billikens are 8-1 and off to an impressive start. Coach Ford says they put together a complete 40 minutes of play to be proud of and Gibson Jimerson shone through. The passing and ball protection was outstanding and we talk about more highlights here. What else are the players trying to fit in now, though, besides basketball? Ted Simmons will find out in early December whether or not he's been elected to the MLB Hall Of Fame.  A switch-hitter who spent most of his career with the St. Louis Cardinals, he is widely considered one of the greatest hitting catchers in MLB history.  He was an 8-time All-Star, silver slugger award winner, and a member of the St. Louis Cardinals HOF.  Currently, he's a scout for the Atlanta Braves.  In this podcast. we discuss the game today, analytics, being a STL Cardinal, his trade away from St. Louis, Yadier Molina, and the potential of the MLB Hall of Fame.  Enjoy!
