1. What activities, projects, or relationships are giving me the most energy right now?
   
   
2. Where am I feeling most “in the flow,” and where do I feel resistance?
   
   
3. Which of my strengths have I been using most often and which ones have been dormant?
   
   
4. What goals or projects am I pursuing because they truly motivate me — and which ones am I chasing because I feel I “should”?
   
   
5. If I could design my ideal day or week, what would it look like?
   
   
6. What parts of my current work or life feel most connected to my purpose?
   
   
7. Are my current commitments moving me closer to the kind of person I want to be, or pulling me away from it?
   
   
8. If I removed one obligation or  project, what would open up for me?
