Welcome back While Black Family. In our first episode of 2022 we wanted to stand for the brothers. We want to help each black man and every person who loves, stands for or supports black men to have the info in hand to make sure that WE ARE GOOD. Today Dr Brian McGregor takes time to layout what self care in black men can look like but he also provides tools and resources for each of us to do better in that area. How can we hold you down if we are not holding ourselves down? How can we partner with other black folks to build strong families, lead dynamic earth changing children, or build financial legacies if we lack nourishment and care of self.
