What does strength look like when your world gets flipped upside down? When you’re staring at a devastating diagnosis and fear threatens to end everything?
Giving up on your health journey is tempting, but gritting through while wearing a facade is equally tempting, too.
This episode...Wow. It may be one of the most incredible interviews I’ve had the honor of doing. It’s one of those conversations where you have to just sit and think for a while afterward because it impacts you that much.
I’m talking with Marnie Clark, a 54 year old mom who’s a former blogger and influencer in the sobriety world. But just recently she had to pivot and completely re-examine life and priorities after she was give a very surprising stage IV cancer diagnosis. She’s now on a mission to bring awareness to her type of cancer, the importance of good health and fitness, and this whole darn, scary, difficult journey.
I ask her some really tough questions, she shares some of the darkest moments of this journey, how she has felt supported the most by those around her, and we talk about what it means to be strong and brave right now.
We cried, we laughed, we talked about the goodness of God. Put this one on repeat, friend. You’re going to love my friend Marnie.

Do you still have some baby weight that you want to lose, but the tricks that have worked in the past just aren’t working for you anymore? Not only are these strategies not working, but you’re realizing that they aren’t life giving, either. And you’re hitting a wall.
Today, I’m having quite the conversation with Tracey Clem. Tracey is a full-time wife and mom that hit her wall after years of counting points and cardio attempts. She shares about how she went from being a point counter, to someone that finally has life-giving, sustainable habits that she’s proud to teach her kids!
You’re going to love this conversation because we dig into her big AHA moments that she had along the journey, how she was able to crush that self-sabotaging all-or-nothing mindset (especially with her nutrition), and the big accomplishments with her body that she’s most proud of.
Watch out - this will inspire you!!

Do you realize that good flexibility isn’t what you think it is? As one of the 6 key aspects of your fitness, you better be flexible. And my guess is that you probably either love it (because you’re naturally flexible), or you hate it (because you’re as tight as a drum and need it). Either way, you might not be stretching correctly!
In this episode, I’m teaching you how being flexible is about so much more than just having long and loose muscles. You’ll also learn that working on your flexibility has to include more than just holding a stretch, and what you should be doing instead.
If you crave a body that feels open and loose, yet strong, durable and no longer injury prone, then this episode is for you!
