In the last episode, I covered 6 tips that help you build any habit, using meditation as an example. In this episode, I will go into exactly how to meditate by sharing two methods I use to great effect.
Meditation is absolutely a worthwhile practice to build. Meditation teaches us how to be the observer vs. automatically believing a thought. It also teaches us how to let go of thoughts, so they don't linger and wreak havoc in our lives.
By having more control over our minds, we also have more control over how we feel, regardless of what's happening around us.
