Throughout my life people have said to me, "Eb, you're so zen! How do you do it?" (at points more true than others). To that I usually respond thank you. I don't really know. This is my nature. I'm constantly gravitating towards peace and inner-stability. My spirit warrior brother Riley Cote (in my eyes) is the embodiment of true zendom. He exudes peace. His life is the message. And I have a tremendous amount of respect and gratitude for the man. A one time vicious NHL enforcer he now walks a profound path on his journey to complete self realization. In this ep we discuss his history with violence and vices. We talk about his experiences with plant medicine and how he believes we may begin to restore ourselves to wholeness. Enjoy.
