Several times in my life, I could see that I over-committed myself. Perhaps it’s my enthusiasm and desire to say yes to things. I also like to help, I want to be a part of things. I’m getting better at creating space to reflect carefully, but sometimes I get it wrong. Today, I share about what's been going on recently for me, how I overcommitted and ultimately had to disappoint people.

While I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day, I thought it’d be a great opportunity to invite one of my great loves on the show to talk about LOVE. Maria Antonia/Maria/Marianto and I clicked immediately when we met in Bali 3.5 years ago. She is an athlete, freediving National Record Holder and traveller from Panama and Colombia.

As one of my closest friends, we have a lot of insight into each other and have been together through each other’s highs and lows over the past 3.5 years.
