  • 47: Gratitude, Mountain Moving Glory, And How I Knew I Could Do The Thing
Heyyyyyy guysssss!   So today on this episode I talk about how effing grateful I feel for all of you just showing up to this party that is my life. Sometimes it feels like flying a steady and glorious, free breeze and then sometimes it feels like a Jackson Polluck painting. Wanna know something brilliant though? Both art, both beautiful, both super inspiring.  If you don't believe me, here is a link to one of my favorite Polluck paintings. https://www.jackson-pollock.org/alchemy.jsp That one is called Alchemy, as you can see. Brilliant I tell you, and messy AF. Life. Anyway, I get asked a lot about how I knew I could do ______ (fill in the blank) so I got over what that question is like for me and how you can apply that practice of thinking to your life.   Love you lots, Enjoy! And p.s. Share the episode with people you love! Xx, Cait

  • 46. Taking Your Power Back with Dr. Elizabeth Wade
If you're a female, this is the episode you MUST LISTEN TO. Elizabeth is a licensed naturopathic physician in Portland, OR where she sees patients for a wide variety of issues, but specializes in infertility & preconception. She also has a satellite practice in Chicago, IL where she is from, and travels there every 4-8 weeks to see clients. Her passion for women’s health and fertility began in her first year of medical school after an unexpected medical emergency compromised her own fertility. This event, and the resultant prognosis, was devastating but as with many major life disruptors, so much strength and power came from it. It led her finding the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM), a practice that uses two key indicators to track hormonal shifts in the monthly menstrual cycle. Elizabeth wholeheartedly believes that FAM is the most empowering tool she has learned to date when it comes to the health and understanding of her body.. She is passionate about helping other women learn more about their menstrual cycles and how to use the signs and symptoms the body gives them each month to gain a deeper understanding of their hormonal health and fertility. Despite what you may have, FAM has been studied and proven to be 99.4% reliable when used for contraceptive purposes. If you would like to know more about natural birth control options, how to optimize your fertility or most importantly want to have a deeper understanding of your body and it’s monthly rhythms this podcast episode is for you! • 44: How To Be A Better Leader with Michelle Gay
This episode literally left me in awe.
Like, I'm not kidding, I'm pretty silent and just processing all the incredibleness by the end of it.
Michelle is a remarkable person that has been through one hell of a year.
We talk about how to lead better within ourselves before we can even begin to think about leading others.
How to leave space for people to be who they are and to show up authentically.
    This episode shares it all.

  • 43: It's Not The What, It's The Who with Cait Pearson
I got the opportunity to speak with a group of kids ages 14-18 from David Douglas High School here in Portland, Oregon and that conversation and preparing for that conversation brought up a lot for me.
It's not about what you do, but who you are when you go through life.
It's the most important thing you'll ever explore.

  • 41: How To Be a Boss: #BossUp
Heyyyooo! In today's episode I talk about what I think it REALLY means to be a boss and how to really #bossup.  I also think it’s important to mention that I misspoke and talked about Georgia O’Keefe as if she was Dorothea Lange. Excuse my humanity, I’m doing my best. Both women were fundamental in their time and are equally glorious in their craft. As women we are trailblazing for the future and I think this means we are outwardly taking on a lot more responsibility and wearing a few more hats than normal. For me at least I'm finding the nuturing and graceful woman in me is getting a little lost. Cue the "masculine" vs. the "feminine" references but that's not exactly what I mean either. I'm just saying I think we are learning to assert our dominance and some breathing might be getting a little lost in the mix too. Nowwww Cut Rihanna's "Work Work Work Work Work." Bossing up is about being honest in the hustle and even more so, true to yourself and your message. So here I am, showing up and telling my truth.  I also talk about the She's Thirsty Wine Club and The Squad App that is coming out for the community. • 39: Netflix and Next Leveling, And/Both
Today I just tell the straight up truth about what up-leveling to the next stage of your life might call you to be.
Most read between the lines and assume this means, more work, more hours, more sacrifice, and less sleep.
What I'm actually learning is that it doesn't necessarily mean you need to add more, it may just mean you need to be more efficient in doing less and allowing space for potato(ing) too.
Listen to find out what that is!
