February is Black History Month and there's a celebration planned in Fredericton by New Brunswick's African Association. The group is looking to share African traditions and culture with people in the province, but also discuss some difficult issues that members of the black community may face. Two athletes from Quispamsis won the first medals for New Brunswick at the Canada Winter Games in Alberta. The first gold went to boxer Isaiah Haya. And Cameron MacMaster scored a silver in gymnastics.
