It's just an offering of perspective when it comes to — hey, what would your life and even stress levels look like if you believed that someone had your back, they're by your side, they have your best interest at heart, they're looking out for you even when you're asleep?

Today, I want to talk about having standards and choosing partners. There is a difference between being picky vs having standards, and the main difference is the intentions behind them.

Further, let's talk about the values and qualities we look for in partners. Are you still in a stage in life where they may be surface-level check marks? Or are you starting to think long-term and imagining a world where you are maintaining a healthy, happy relationship? Is it chaotic or is it peaceful? Are you constantly the only one putting in work or do they help bring you ease? Do you point fingers or are you a team?

Today, I want to talk to you about pruning season, and how necessary of a season it is no matter how painful. Usually, a pruning season is a sign that growth and transition are upon you. While that's great news, not everybody can come along.

There may be people, places, ideas, energies in your life that just aren't serving you now and won't be contributing to your future — even friendships, no matter how long it's been.

In these moments, grieving is natural. Hold onto those good memories, yes! But... the person. The person's got to go.

Today, I want to share with you all a theory that I have when it comes to friendships. I call it the ONION theory. This is the same concept that helped me navigate long-distance friendships in college, and then again when I moved across the country, as well as when I was going through the transition of becoming an entrepreneur.

Does every single friendship stay in life? Do we always have to cancel everyone? Is it possible for people to come and go, come back again? Let's talk about it!
