On this week's episode of Service Drive Revolution, Chris and Coach Christian talk about whether or not you should open your drive on Sundays. The fact of the matter is that a lot of dealerships will stay open on Saturdays, but they'll typically be half-days with a skeleton crews. They'll also only schedule basic maintenance appointments and turn away bigger jobs. And that's just not the way to maximize profit. If you go around to independent shops in town, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days of the week. It's not difficult to figure out why! People have more availability on the weekends, and we need to cater to that. This doesn't mean that you need to work 7 days a week!
