Dr. Keba M. Rogers identifies as a counseling, school, and clinical psychologist. She obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology from the University at Buffalo and completed her pre-doctoral (Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium)and post-doctoral (University of Rochester Medical Center/ Strong Memorial Hospital) fellowships in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Rogers is a NYS Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist, as well as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She has also completed a certificate in School Leadership for Social-Emotional Learning and Character Development and participated in the Interschool Leadership Institute for Educators of Color. Dr. Rogers is the CEO and Founder of Grace, Growth and Greatness Psychological Services.


Dr. Rogers has been an enthusiastic mental health professional for more than 15 years and has assisted children, adolescents, adults, and families in working together effectively in promotion of their mental, emotional, and social health and well-being. This is accomplished through evidence-based clinical work with clients as well as consultation, collaboration, and training with key stakeholders in their lives, and innovative work with administrative systems to enhance community engagement in diversity, equity and inclusion. Dr. Rogers’ areas of specialty include helping communities move from a focus on transactional diversity to transformational inclusion, and working with clients who have experienced trauma, have emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, are marginalized, belong to historically underserved and underrepresented groups, and/or are limited by institutional barriers.


Dr. Rogers has provided service in a variety of settings, including public and private schools (K-12 and higher education), residential treatment facilities, and hospitals. Additionally, she has held a number of leadership roles that have allowed her to empower people and organizations in their growth and development pertaining to the areas of health, wellness, and equity. Most recently, Dr. Rogers led the Counseling and Wellness Department at the Brearley School and currently leads curriculum development and instruction for the Health and Wellness program at Trevor Day School.
