People say this various times in many different ways – excited, exasperated, worried, pessimistic, optimistic, happy, sad, confused – the whole range of human emotions.

This is an exciting time to be in sales, if you are selling B2B complex solutions. It's a time when you can bring huge value to your customers; it's a time to thrive. But you need to know how, as it is a time unlike any before. The rules have changed and as a sales professional you can have a hand in redefining how the game is played.

Challenges salespeople face are:

· 'Busy Busy Busy' – being ineffective; it results in wasted opportunities, is tiring and stressful and means the focus is on the wrong activities to deliver results

· 'Olde Worlde' – being old-fashioned; when salespeople are self-centred rather than customer-focused, too technical in their approach or use bad techniques better suited to a bygone era of selling

· 'Muddled Mindset' – being misaligned; it can happen at organisation, management and individual level and the confusion leads to frustration and wasted effort.

Les chroniques d’une guerrière pacifique, c’est un rendez-vous hebdomadaire sous forme d’entrevue en duo, avec des mères inspirantes qui se sont fait confiance en osant accomplir leur mission de vie, malgré les obstacles qui se dressaient sur leur route.
A chaque épisode, 
je fais la rencontre d’une nouvelle femme de tête qui a choisi de se réaliser pleinement à travers sa vie professionnelle, sans avoir à taire ni sa puissance ni sa vulnérabilité. 

Mes invitées sont toutes des mères monoparentales, qui souhaitent partager avec toi en toute transparence, leurs expériences dans le monde de l’entreprenariat.
Victoire, échecs, conseils, de nombreux sujets sont abordés spontanément lors de nos échanges. Cela dit 3 questions spécifiques sont posés à chacune d’elle :
1. Quelle à été ton déclic pour te lancer en affaires dans ton domaine ?
2 .Quel est le plus gros défi que tu as dû relever pour démarrer ton entreprise ?
3. Quel est ton secret pour réussir à gérer à la fois ta vie personnelle et ton buisness ?
Tous les vendredis, à travers mes entrevues, j’invite mes auditrices à se laisser inspirer par ces échanges.
Je suis Aurore Guerrier, fondatrice de l’entreprise bien-être Prayana Yoga. C’est en mettant fin à une relation toxique insupportable peu de temps après la naissance de mon fils que j’ai pu révéler cette puissance qui était enfouie en moi. Des ressources insoupçonnées qui étaient ensevelies sous des débris de mauvaise estime de moi, manque de confiance, colère, peur, honte et autres traumatismes refoulés. 
Ma réalité de mère célibataire en situation préquaire n’a pas suffit pour m’empêcher de croire en mes rêves. Ma détermination à grandir m’a amené à lancer mon entreprise de yoga en 2019 alors qu’une pandémie mondiale venait de frapper.
Aujourd’hui, ma mission à travers ce podcast est d’inspirer les mères célibataires comme moi, à garder le cap sur leurs projets professionnels malgré les difficultés que cela représente dans de telles circonstances. 
Parce que je suis intimement convaincue que nous avons toute en nous, une valeur unique à apporter au monde !
L’intention derrière tout ça est de t’aider à expérimenter ta spiritualité, explorer ta magie, et à oser suivre ton intuition, tout en te battant pour que l’amour et la paix l’emporte !
