I am Katie Begley, a Registered Early Childhood Educator, a professor in Early Childhood Studies and Entrepreneur.  With 14 years of post secondary teaching experience, I have a wealth of skills and knowledge to share in support of the everyday life and challenges that children and families face. Additionally, as the founder of Heart in Home, a home décor and lifestyle boutique, I am bringing my passions for educating children and the family, together with my love for the home and living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that the home and family are a key part of the foundation for everything we do in life; this podcast aims to help you develop a home and lifestyle that will help you (and those you care about) grow in a healthy and purposeful way.  Encouraging you to be intentional with your own life, behaviours and wellness to be a positive support and model for the young children in your life. Découvrez "À toi de Bouger !", le podcast interactif qui transforme l'activité physique en aventure captivante pour les enfants de trois à dix ans. 


À la suite de la mobilisation nationale pour la promotion de l'activité physique grâce Jeux Olympiques Paris 2024, notre chaîne de podcasts est labellisée Grande Cause Nationale 2024 par le Ministère des Sports et des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques. Notre ambition : faire perdurer cet intérêt et cette mobilisation pour la santé physique et mentale de toutes et tous !


Combattons la sédentarité des plus jeunes, un épisode à la fois !
À l'heure où 44% des enfants français n'atteignent pas les niveaux recommandés d'activités physiques, "À toi de bouger !" intervient comme un outil ludique et éducatif pour inverser cette tendance. 👍 


Notre première série a été conçue pour faire du sport en famille, pour se motiver à l'intégrer dans le quotidien des plus jeunes. Chaque épisode est une invitation à voyager : du Pérou mystique aux forêts denses du Congo, vos enfants, accompagnés d’un adulte, participeront à des histoires immersives où mouvements et imagination se rencontrent. Guidés par Déborah et animés par des personnages attachants comme Gédéon le dragon et Kimitou le pigeon voyageur, ils relèveront des défis physiques conçus en collaboration avec des experts en sport-santé.

Qui sommes-nous ? 
Pipo &amp; Lola est une agence créative dans l’audio qui produit des podcasts de marque auprès de grandes entreprises (Decathlon, Kiabi, Damart, INSERM, ADEO...) 
Nous avons également développé un incubateur qui nous permet de faire émerger des projets à impact sociétal et environnemental !
