News from a Boring Dystopia

This podcast is targeted to people who hate the petty games of most political discussions. They don’t think about voting, issues, or even what it means to be a citizen of their country. They are very skeptical that politics can lead to anything being better in their lives. We seek to inform these people on how to define principles of progress, to achieve progress for all people by promoting respectful chatting, listening to one another, and avoiding the tendency to get triggered into taking offense. All divisions can be overcome if we treat each other with love and respect. Register and vote.

National media lack high-quality, soul-enriching content that captures the nuance of American politics. At the Deep Takes podcast, co-hosts Chase Acheson and Andrew Sandstrom are trying their darndest to fill that gap. Listen as they penetrate the monolithic echo chamber of "the news" and provide Americans with valuable perspective on important political and social issues. And they promise to not take themselves too seriously in the process.

Contemporary Conservative

This podcast is aimed at informing voters and providing them with various sources to help them shape a personal point of view.

Jack Talks Politics

Unlike other political shows, the goal of this one is not to sway you in any particular direction but rather to try to get you to think for yourself and draw your own conclusions. The very title “Rippin Hooks” is a play-on the fact that if either the red team or blue team has got their fishhook embedded in your mouth then the goal of the show is to rip it out and set you free! Partisan politics is a divisive and toxic system that operates through fear and anger to separate the masses and serve the interests of corporatists and war-hawks. Grab your pliers, let’s rip some hooks!

<div>IWBWWFI might not be the best name, but was a phrase used extensively back at the ranch by my father when someone would present him with something (or someone) that was broken. When the presenter was questioned, it was always the same answer: "It was broken when we found it". We'll be discussing current events with the emphasis on 'small town' type material. We'll be bringing on weekly guests that range from musical entertainment, all the way to local political candidates and everything in between. Our story isn't unique to our 'town' and will strike a chord with any listener. What our show lacks in quality is hopefully made up for with entertainment. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for, but know that we're doing our best.&nbsp;</div>
